We are excited to announce a series of Open House visits of the pyrolysis unit at Spruce Haven Farm!
Come learn about an on-going project investigating converting dairy manure to biochar. This is an innovative approach to nutrient management, waste reduction, and greenhouse gas mitigation. Come tour the pyrolysis kiln, learn about biochar and sustainability on a dairy farm. We will be hosting monthly Open House visits (future dates to be confirmed).
